WORTHY OF WINNING
“What if the best of 1926 masculinity—stoicism, self-reliance, accountability, humility, grit in discomfort, benevolence and joy—could be grafted onto the character of 2026’s youth steeped in technology, freedom and opportunity?”
WHAT THEY STOPPED TEACHING YOUNG MEN
Lately, I’ve noticed a growing wave on social media: young women getting heavily criticized for being too quick to judge, dismiss, or undervalue young men. This ensued out of the sexual revolution and its long aftermath—the era of “a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle.”
My aim isn’t to join the pile-on against those women. Instead, I want to focus on something more constructive: making sure young men are actually worthy of a strong, unapologetic defense.
I believe we largely stopped teaching boys and young men how to live optimized, flourishing lives on their own terms—and how that kind of self-possessed, high-value life naturally becomes magnetic to women. Perhaps that one shift is all the situation really requires.
Worthy of Winning exists to fill that gap. It’s about what young men should be taught today: how to quiet the outside noise and think clearly and rationally for themselves; which values to chase without shame or apology; how to select (or build) a career or business that fits; how to lead, influence, and win in the real world; and—most critically—the single biggest decision they’ll ever face: how to choose the right partner.

ROB FLITTON
Born in 1962—the perfect nexus point between the Greatest Generation and today’s AI-driven world—Rob considers himself fortunate to have spent enormous sums of time with both the older and newer generations … some born as early as the late 1800s.
He sees men then and today as different somehow—in general—and wants today’s men to exceed the achievements of the men that came before us.
Rob isn’t famous, just a reasonably successful adult male with an excellent approach to thinking and life—a life filled with major highs and lows and shored up by optimism and benevolence. Rob is a real estate developer who grew up in Canada and purposefully chose to immigrate to the US.
Philosophic but also action-oriented, Rob ardently believes that Heaven, if it exists, is here and now on this Earth and so we ought to strive for value-driven lives and self-esteem while the opportunity presents itself.
